I came across this website after my daughter told me about it.  The founders of the Angel Food Ministries provide food for those that are struggling financially at a fraction of what it costs in the grocery stores.  I placed my order online, and 2 weeks later, I went to the church that was a distribution center and picked up my order.  It was so organized and they even loaded it into my car for me.  I'm sure some regions are different, but they offer a box of food that feeds a family of 4 for a week, for only $30.00.  They have other special boxes as well.  The food is wonderful and I can't wait to place my order for this month.  They also accept Food Stamps (EBT).  Go to the website and see where your nearest distribution center is. I am a single mother of 4 kids all under the age of 5 years old and I am going through a very rough time right now. I was married for 6 years to my husband until one day he decided to leave us because he claims his life was just to stressful. He left me with a house payment, car payment, utility bills and thousands of dollars in medical bills and because I was an at home mother for the past 5 years I had no income coming in after he left.  I eventually was able to get a job but we still lost everything  because none of my kids were in school and I wasn't making enough money to pay for daycare let alone house payments and bills.  I am currently trying to locate my so called husband so I can get some kind of child support but they said it will be very tough since we believe he left the state.  My kids and I are currently staying with one of my friends and her family but we have until February 15th to stay there and then were are on our own.  I am so scared because as of right now we have no where to go. I hate to think that I have failed my kids but that is what it feels like because I can't even give them the necessities that they need in life. I desperately want to take care of my kids and give them a livable home but its so hard with my kids being so young.  If you can see it in your heart to just donate even one dollar so we can put it towards a place to live I would be so grateful because my kids are the most important thing to me in the world. I am grateful for any help anyone has to offer because every little bit helps.
